Disappointing

balcony with the view

It says all the taxes are included, but the owner made us pay tourist tax by ourselves. No details how to make it and where to go were provided. He didn’t provide us with necessary documents as well so we had to go tourist office twice. Very poor English to discuss anything. After we left they also changed our booking price (1 night instead of 5). Guess for not paying other taxes “included to the price”.

Не люблю писать негативные отзывы, но здесь хочется высказаться. Плюсы данных апартаментов: - удобное расположение (очень близко пляж, набережная, удобно добираться до старого города/автовокзала) - красивейший вид с балкона ♥️

К сожалению минусов оказалось гораздо больше. - заявлено бронирование без предоплат, однако сразу после него вам пишут с просьбой перевести предоплату в размере 30% от стоимости на карту. На возражение, что указано без предоплат, ссылаются на техническую ошибку 🥴 - так же указано что цена включает в себя налоги и сборы, но при заселении выясняется, что вам самим надо сходить и зарегестрироваться, оплатив налог самостоятельно. Сумма небольшая, 1€/сутки с человека, но тем не менее когда ты к этому не готов - это довольно неприятно. - необходима хорошая уборка. Видимо квартира сдается нон-стопом и прибраться по-хорошему просто не успевают. Пол грязный, что было заметно по носкам. Так же следовало бы помыть раковину на кухне и шкафчик под ней. Ну и в целом нужна хорошая влажная уборка, а не просто пройтись паровой шайтан-машиной по полу 🤷🏻‍♀️ - балкон хороший с отличным видом, но ввиду отсутствия навеса, находиться и не сжариться заживо там возможно либо рано утром, либо ближе к закату. - апартаменты нуждаются в ремонте! Ручка двери в ванной постоянно отваливалась; рядом со шкафом стояла какая-то дверь, снятая с петель. - Апогеем стала форточка в душевой, которая упала на меня, когда я мыла голову. Благо я стояла чуть в стороне и меня садануло по плечу (а могло все закончиться куда печальнее). Когда я написала об этом девушке, с которой общалась в вотсап, она заявила «It is very strange for the window to just fall without pulling it, honestly I doubt that» - что сделало ситуацию еще более неприятной. Надеюсь что хозяин квартиры прочитает мой отзыв и задумается. Ведь данные апартаменты с очень хорошим потенциалом! Просто необходимо вложить немного сил и финансов, чтобы облагородить и навести уют, продумать мелочи, которые сделают пребывание жильцов запоминающимся и расслабленным.
