Lost in Translation

Apartment was clean and comfortable

I don’t think I have ever given a bad review on this platform but rudeness needs to be called out. Information from owner was very good in beginning but then we were given directions and a series of photos to find apartment from the helper Milica. Quite confusing and then the rude texts. “Did you not recognise the picture?” No we did not. (Later deleted from chat) Understand that English is not first language and we appreciate all help. She was only interested in retrieving the cash payment and leaving. Did not come with change. Really? The series of numerous school rules was insulting. Only hang washing on rack. There was no rack. Do not put towels on floor. There was no bathmat. Do not move furniture. Had to ask for air conditioner remote which was in a drawer. Difficulty connecting to internet and then some pathetic excuse. Did you leave key? ( Deleted ) No we are in the habit of taking them. A lot of stairs and even though close to beach and town would not stay here again.

Our stay in the Tivat flat was wonderful! Lilliana, the host, was incredibly helpful. The quiet streets with no cars made for a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the convenience of good restaurants nearby and a beach just a 10-minute walk away. The flat had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Good

It was very new, very clean with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and my hostess was very nice at first. The view was ok.

Location was on the steepest so one had to go far to get a taxi. It was also on the narrowest street so I could hear passers by and neighbors' tv and any conversation day and night. A nicely looking terrace was basically unusable because it was totally lacking in privacy being a transit spot. On top of it, one had to whisper at night not to wake up neighbors across the street etc. The apt was lacking few basic furnishings like a full length mirror (not even one on the armoir door) and a bench or a chair in the bedroom and was told that I can buy them myself if I need them. I had to leave at 10am sharp although I asked in advance for a noon check out. For comparison, my friends paid half a price for a nearby but much better location with a great private terrace and a very late checkout!

Great location, perfect for couples

Apartment is located in the heart of Old Town and just few steps away from restaurants and cafes. It is exceptionally clean and perfect for couples. Lilliana is excellent host who is always available to help and provide tops about best places to go for dinner, which beaches are worth visiting and how to get there.

Exelent communication, 100 % privacy, everything was clean, all things in apartment works, very comfortable, very nice location, Internet was also excellent and fast, 5 stars apartment, we will not change place next time 👌💎🤗

Bien en apparence mais pas top

L’appartement est bien situé dans la vieille ville mais attention il y’a beaucoup de marches à monter depuis la plage c’est pas simple quand il fait chaud idem pour monter les valises. Il est en bon état

Le matelas est mauvais nous avons mal dormi. Pas assez de linge de maison. Lave linge ancien qui a bousillé un polo. Certaines fenêtres sont bloquées. Cerise sur le gâteau les produits ménagers dans le tiroir sous le lit. Pas de balcon mais une terrasse commune
