Great location, clean room, the pool was lovely after a hot day.

La localisation est parfaite, le centre d’Ubud est facilement accessible à pied. Très bel hôtel avec une piscine. Possibilité de louer un scooter, hôte très réactif à nos demandes (taxi vers autres destinations..) Restauration et autre service dans la rue. Petit déjeuner servi directement sur la terrasse, un peu léger mais bien.
Au niveau de la salle de bain il y a un léger problème avec l’eau chaude difficilement réglable et une certaine odeur désagréable…

Responsiveness of staff - not around or easily available. Not obvious where to find staff. Tried multiple WhatsApp numbers to contact, 1 hour delay in response. Wifi inconsistent. Inconsistent water pressure and temperature in bathroom.
