Villa Estrella with Heated pool

The villa has a great layout. It’s very private to you can relax by the pool. We didn’t use the fireplace but it adds to the cozy country house atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and one had plenty of sheets and towels. The automatic gate is great if you come by car. We didn’t use the bbq but it seamed like it also had all necessary items to have a bbq. Plenty of nice dish ware and glasses. We liked the overall design a vibe with fireplace, spacious kitchen with a nice countertop, the big dining table and vintage draw cabinet. The outdoor space has a great layout with sunbeds, a big table and the pool had an outdoor shower. Very clean property. There’s a little grocery store 1 min. From the property with all one can need during a stay. We never met the host. They might have been busy but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

It was a bit tricky to figure out what switch is for what light and function. Those could be labeled. The kitchen could use a toaster. It would have been nice to have a set of toiletries, especially toothbrush and paste, provided. Additionally it would be great to have beach towels and a blanket just in case guests want to go to the beach. I think that would be a big plus if one didn’t need to pack their own or buy some. One of the night lamps in the kids room was broken. It was a bit unclean if we would be picked up from the port or not.

Location was ideal for us, just 10-15 minutes easy walk to the Harbour. Very private. Pool was lovely (once heated enough)

Bathroom is small, though adequate to be fair.

Great friendly host and we were able to check out a bit later when we left. The house had everything we needed in it including a washing machine, hairdryer and good kitchen facilities. When we arrived there was water, bottle of wine some simple toiletries and a map. There's a petrol station and mini shop around the corner. Parking for one car behind the gate and you can hire one at the harbour. Very close to the town in the car. Very comfy sun loungers around the pool and good WiFi.

These are small suggestions only as they didn't detract from the holiday. We stayed in Oct and whilst there were spare blankets we used in the wardrobe as the weather was colder in the evening a duvet with cover may have been better. The sofa is a bed sofa and was a bit uncomfortable to sit on. Definitely remember a fire stick for the tv.

The location of the villa is very good and convenient, the facilities are complete, and the swimming pool is very clean

It would be nice if there were some cleaning tools, such as a broom or a mop, so that guests can clean up at any time.
