Villa Thea

Giannis was a wonderful host! He gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful! The BBQ area was great and it was just a short drive close to the main port and town.

We thought there would be three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. In reality there were two double queen bedrooms and the final queen bed was in the living room. It was not too much of a big deal in the end since the living room has a sliding door and there is a separate communal kitchen but we wish we had known this before. Two of the bathrooms were inside the flat. The final bathroom is in a separate room next to the garden outside the flat, can be nice if coming back from the beach or relaxing outside in the garden.

A wonderful experience! The villa is luxurious, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The lovely view from every room added so much to the atmosphere. We were a group of 6 and it was very comfortable—the layout allowed everyone to enjoy full privacy. The hosts were amazing—kind, welcoming, and always available for anything. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!

Staying at Villa Thea with Ioannis as a host was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly located in a quiet area right by the sea, offering stunning views. Just around the corner is the first of many great spots for a swim. You instantly feel at home here, and you have absolutely everything you could possibly need. The outdoor kitchen, equipped with both a charcoal fire pit and a gas grill, is amazing. Ioannis also has the kitchen perfectly equipped – it’s not just a basic rental kitchen, but a fully functional, well-stocked kitchen, making it an absolute dream for anyone who loves cooking. On top of that, Ioannis gave us fantastic tips upon arrival on what to see around, where to buy premium meat for the grill, and the best places to go for a swim. Villa Thea is simply an amazing place to spend a perfect vacation with friends, where you genuinely feel at home.
