Property registered with the Xunta de Galicia; VUT—The house is located in the quiet village of San Felipe, a former fishing village on the shore of the Ferrol estuary. Just a stone’s throw from the house are two beaches sheltered from the Atlantic Ocean. The town of La Graña is 2.8 km away by car and features several bars, while Ferrol—with supermarkets, a pharmacy, and everything else you might need—is just a 15-minute drive away. San Felipe is famous for its enormous castle, which you can visit for free.

Absolutely stunning property! Beautiful inside and out. We had a fantastic stay in this idyllic village. Everyone was so friendly to us and Montrose our host was a pleasure and very attentive. We will definitely come back next time we are in Galicia. A very very special place. Thank you so much!

Our stay in Ferrol was the authentic Spanish experience we were hoping for, and more! The house was immaculately clean and the view was beautiful. Monte was quick to respond to any of my questions as an American on their first trip to Spain and was very helpful. We hope to make this trip again someday soon.
