This newly renovated house is situated at the top of a hill with impressive views of the countryside, the historic town of Pontedeume and the Ria de Ares. Very quiet area, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Only 5 min by car from the village of Cabanas, with shops, bars and the beautiful beach of La Magdalena, one of the most popular beaches in the province of La Coruna.
The house has 170 m2 and the outside area includes a garden, porch, balcony, barbecue and two terraces where you can enjoy the views around the new built stone fire pit. Perfect for big families or a group of friends, maximum 10 people. It consists of:
- Dining-lounge with TV and extendable table.
- Kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cooker-oven, kettle and toaster.
- 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins and 1 with bunk beds).
- 2 bathrooms
The house is very close to numerous sandy beaches, the natural park of Fragas do Eume, Caaveiro and Monfero monasteries, Mino Golf Course and the historic towns of Pontedeume and Betanzos where you can enjoy the local tapas and visit the street markets.

En cuanto a limpieza, y equipación todo perfecto.
Pero en nuestro caso fuimos 8 personas y echamos en falta un espacio grande y cómodo donde poder estar. El jardín es grande pero poco utilizable, y no hay ninguna zona exterior y preferiblemente techada donde poder comer o cenar.
La zona de la chimenea exterior es genial, y con unas vistas preciosas. Pero solo hay sillones para 4...
Se echa en falta un espacio amplio y una mesa grande donde poder estar todos, preferiblemente en la planta baja para acceder directamente a la cocina.

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa y nos ha gustado mucho tanto la casa como la situación. Está muy cerca de la playa y es un lugar perfecto para descansar.
Los propietarios son muy amables y han dado todo tipo de facilidades. Recomendamos la casa!!
