Todo muy bien limpio y en buen estado
El parking no está en el mismo bloque y lo hace un poco incómodo pero es verdad que la zona ofrece pocas posibilidades

Ubicación y recogida de llaves
Tercer piso sin ascensor, que se convierte en una cuarta planta con el acceso desde el portal. Escaleras antiguas con peldaños muy altos. Se sale el agua de una de las duchas e inunda el baño. En la otra ducha no hay forma de regular el agua, o fría o caliente. Se ha desconectado la luz unas 10 veces en 3 días. También de noche, con el agravante de que uno de nosotros usa una máquina de respiración asistida que también se apagaba!!! Garaje en otro edificio a más de 300 metros en una planta -3 también sin ascensor.

La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene y apartamento privado en las proximidades . El personal muy atento.
Está algo abandonado , un cuarto de baño no pudimos usarlo , el sofá algo sucio y la cocina está algo dejada . Tuvimos que usar la fregona porque se salía el agua de la ducha y estaba negra de suciedad. Hacía calor y las ventanas exteriores no funcionaban bien para abrirlas . Y por cierto, es un tercero sin ascensor.
