A Newly remodeled penthouse 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 queen beds and 1 King beds, 2 Single full- out beds full kitchen with kitchenette. It's spacious, 1,000 sq. ft., with a patio and 3 air conditioners.
It’s on the 17th floor with a beautiful view and FREE assigned parking for your stay, very breezy, and only a 2-minute walk to the famous Waikiki beach.
It's also steps away from the zoo, park, restaurants, and supermarkets.
We provide things you need as in the picture. Please read the property information.
Welcome to a clean and comfortable home stay in paradise with beautiful city and mountain views.
It can accommodate a maximum 8 people. It just takes 2 minutes' walk to the world most beautiful Beach.
There are 3 queen beds and 1 King beds, 2 Single full- out beds as follow.
** Living room:
- 70 IN SMART TV with Cable TV and Nextflix
- 1 queen sofa bed with bed sheets and blanket already folded inside.
**Main bedroom:
- 65 IN SMART TV with Cable TV and Nextflix
- 1 King bed and a twin pull out (cot ) bed.
*Large Master bedroom:
_ 65 IN TV with Cable TV and Netflix
- 2- Queen-size beds and another pull-out bed, a baby crib, and a highchair when needed.
* 2 FULL BATHROOMS: #1 have hallway access with bathtub, # 2 has shower stall inside the large room with 2 queen beds ( Both bathrooms have large 835 ml shampoo and conditioner, Body wash)
* All the water sports included
- Beach towel, Beach chairs, a Wagon, Boogie Hugs, and Umbrellas , Sand mat, Swimming Fins, Gogles. Ice cooler, etc...
**Each room includes a new, quiet air conditioner to keep you cool or you may open the doors and windows to have access to breezy trade winds all year round.
*The kitchen includes all kitchenware that you can use such as coffee machine, portable boiler, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, 10 cup rice cooker, microware, pots and pans.
* It also includes plenty of napkins, paper towels, paper plates and bowls, glass, cups, tea bags, coffee cups, coffee powder, creamer, a-lot of cooking ingredients and many more……toilet paper rolls, bath towels and hand towels. 6 STAGES ISPRING DRINKING WATER for your convenience, etc...

*When you lock the hallway door, this two-bedroom unit can turn into two separate units--a studio and a one-bedroom unit, which includes two separate entrance doors. It is the most convenient choice when you decide to have privacy.

We were missing something upon arrival and texted the host and he was there in minutes to help us. The condo was the most well-equipped place we’ve ever stayed. Things we didn’t necessarily expect—sunscreen, beach accessories, baggies, plenty of towels and toilet paper—made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We had 2 cars and the host helped us quickly and easily rent a second parking spot in the same parking garage. Condo was very clean. Didn’t really expect the pull-out couch to be that comfortable because it’s a pull-out couch, but it was pretty decent. Ty went to great lengths to make it an excellent stay for us. Condo is in a nice location.

There were so many positives about this stay -- the host Ty was attentive & responded quickly; the location put us a couple of blocks from the beach; and any essentials were just steps in any direction. My six adult children and I had a wonderful week and did not want to come home! Mahalo!!
