A Newly remodeled penthouse 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 4 queen beds and 1 single beds, full kitchen with kitchenette. It's spacious 1,000 sq. ft. with 2 patio and 3 Air-Con. It’s on 17 top floor with beautiful view, free parking, very breezy, short walk to the famous Waikiki beach; steps away from the zoo, park, restaurants, and supermarkets. We provide things you need as in the picture. Please read the property information.
Aloha guests, welcome to a clean and comfortable home stay in paradise Aloha state, with beautiful city, ocean and mountain view.
* This unit guests can accommodate 6 people comfortably and additional children if applicable
There are 3 Queen beds, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 pull-out (cot bed )with extra cushion and bedsheet for quit set up that you can replace as your choice.
* Living room: 1 queen-sofa bed with sheet, blanket, and pillows already folded inside.
*Main bedroom: 1 queen size bed and a twin poll out ( cot ) bed.
*Large Master bedroom: 2 queen-size beds, a baby crib when need.
* All your beach gear (such as beach chairs, boogie hugs, and umbrellas located by the second entrance door in order to avoid sand buildup throughout the room.
* Each room includes a new, quiet air conditioner to keep you cool or you may open the doors and windows to have access to breezy trade winds all year round.
*The kitchen includes all kitchenware that you can use such as coffee machine, portable boiler, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, 10 cup rice cooker, microware.pots and pans.
* It also includes plenty of napkins, paper towels, paper plates and bowls, glass, cups, tea bags, coffee cups, coffee powder, creamer, a-lot of cooking ingredients and many more……toilet paper rolls, bath towels and hand towels and BEACH TOWEL , BEACH WAGON, ICE COOLER and 6 STAGES ISPRING DRINKING WATER for your convenience.
* This condo has a fast, free internet. it's very good for download movie, music, or for group zoom meeting, or link your smartphone to the TV to watch all of your favorite shows. The TV has Netflix provided for you.
*There is one 70-inch TV in the living room .
* Each bedrooms have 65- inch smart TV
*When you lock the hallway door, this two-bedroom unit can turn into two separate units--a studio and a one-bedroom unit, which includes two separate entrance doors. It is the most convenient choice when you decide to have privacy.
* Hair dryer, ironing board, baby highchair and a crib, 4 luggage racks
* There’re 2 full bathroom, #1 have hallway access with bathtub, # 2 has shower stall inside the large room with 2 queen beds ( Both bathroom have large 835 ml shampoo- conditioner, Body wash )

The condo we stayed in had a great view of Waikīkī Beach and Diamond Head. It was a very short walk to the beach and the numerous shops along the ocean. The complex itself was very quiet despite staying there on New Years Eve. Very spacious, very clean, very well appointed with amenities, and overall very enjoyable!

I appreciate Theo’s communication throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When asking for extra hangers, he dropped some off and left it by the door. The place itself is lovely and organized. Everything you need is in the condo from chargers, streaming, soaps, shampoo, plates, coffee mugs, beach gear and more. The big coffee pot was a tremendous bonus. I would definitely stay at Theos again. You are right in the heart of Waikiki and can walk to local spots to grab a bite or walk the strip. Remember that Waikiki is busy at all times and there’s usually construction and upkeep in the surrounding neighborhood. If you don’t mind, then enjoy the 2 balcony’s and relax no need to get a car for the whole stay when you’re here. mahalo Theo!!

I was glad my 1st choice failed because I got this place and wow all across, great location for walking. The place was so well appointed with household items, toiletries, beach items and necessities. We'd stay again. Vrbo needs to correct the name it's called Kuhio Towers not Aloha tower waikiki which confused the gps all the one way streets so I would include directions for 1st timers. Beware jaywalkers. But yeah this place was great, the kids ate all the pineapple gummies in 1 hour, we want to live in Waikiki after staying here

We had a group of 8 who stayed. The host is so kind, welcoming and responds immediately with questions. The location is the best. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and the host thinks of everything you could need. Staying at this condo made are vacation a great experience!!
