Lovely Condo 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free 1 Parking at Waikiki Beach

Very close to Waikiki Beach. Not far from International Market Place. Close to bus stops to get to Ala Moana Shopping Centre. We had a 2 bedroom connecting unit as we are a 3 adult family. There was a larger room and a smaller room. Both were well appointed. The beds were comfortable. You could close the door between the second bedroom so it became self contained. As it was an apartment/condo, there was no housekeeping which was ok by us. There was a full kitchen and even a kitchenette in the second room. It was quiet. We were located at the rear of the building so the balconies looked over the Forest Reserves. A laundry is available for a small cost. We did not have a car but parking was available and from what we could see was ok. We would definitely stay there again.

Very minor – the AC units are of the older variety so were a little noisy but it was consistent so didn’t really bother us getting to sleep (the AC was needed so easy to put up with) The plumbing wasn't the best at first in the second bathroom as the water temp and pressure weren't the best. Maybe not used recently. It’s an older building so probably not the unit owners’ fault nor anything they can do. Only a minor issue.

The location of this condominium was excellent the condo inside was nice and comfortable with good working appliances and air conditioning. Parking below the building was nice and easy to park and get in and out.

The outside of the condominium corridors hallways it would require some updates to bring it up to quality that we expect. Second of all the second elevator was not working throughout our stay without knowing why it wasn't working or who when he's going to be fixed. So you was very Troublesome to wait sometimes 5 to 10 minutes for La Vera to show up especially in the morning times where people are coming or leaving

Il nostro soggiorno in questo condominio a Waikiki è stato davvero eccellente. L’appartamento, situato al 16° piano, dispone di due camere da letto e due bagni, risultando molto confortevole anche per gruppi numerosi. Noi eravamo in sei e lo spazio è stato più che sufficiente, permettendo a tutti di sentirsi a proprio agio senza mai avere la sensazione di essere stretti. L’edificio è ben tenuto e dispone di due ascensori, che hanno reso gli spostamenti rapidi e comodi in ogni momento. Un ulteriore vantaggio è la lavanderia disponibile al 3° piano, molto pratica soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. Il parcheggio gratuito incluso nell’appartamento è estremamente prezioso a Waikiki, dove parcheggiare può essere difficile e costoso. Noi viaggiavamo con un minivan e il posto auto era perfetto anche per un veicolo di queste dimensioni. Una menzione speciale va ad Aaron, che si è rivelato un host eccezionale. Non solo è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, ma ha anche fatto trovare l’appartamento equipaggiato con tutto il necessario: saponi, shampoo, detersivi, oltre a sedie e ombrelloni da mare per le giornate in spiaggia. Queste attenzioni hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e senza pensieri. Infine, la posizione è centralissima: nel cuore di Waikiki, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e dai ristoranti. In conclusione, raccomandiamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque desideri visitare Waikiki. La combinazione di posizione, comfort, servizi e l’eccezionale disponibilità dell’host lo rendono una scelta perfetta per un soggiorno sereno e piacevole.

Zentrale Lage, oberes Stockwerk, die Anlage ist gut gesichert, zu Fuss sind es drei Minuten bis zum Waikiki Beach und der Kalakaua Avenue. Da Parkmöglichkeiten rar sind, ist der Garagenplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, super. Es werden Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme, Badetücher und div. Strandutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht.
