Featuring a 52,000-square-foot lakefront boardwalk, the resort community is conveniently located near the best attractions in Panama City Beach. However, because the community includes a convenience store, a bar, and a grill, among many other amenities, guests may find that they don't even need to venture out of the comfort of the resort to find convenience and fun.
Enjoy drinks out on the balcony, or unwind in the central air conditioning inside. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone's bathing suits and towels are ready to go whenever you feel like some beach time. The bedroom is all set up for comfort, and built-in bunk beds provide extra sleeping spaces for younger guests. This is my second stay at the wharf, different unit.The space was up to date and clean; master bedroom breathtaking. If you come late like we did, park on the 6th deck, take elevators to the 17 floor. The actual police officers were so nice to assist us.
The office doesn’t open until 11am. Make sure to get your passes,I went to the office and it was closed, had a family emergency, and didn’t get out until it was time to feed the kids. The rude African security guard (not police) gave me the third degree because he wrote down my vehicle info when I left and noticed I didn’t have a decal. lol. I thought he was going to jump on me; give him a raise. Other than that the location and facility is beautiful. Vacasa offers a late check out option for a small fee, but it is only offered for a limited time. I will be coming back again

The room was a good size 2 complaints the bed in the master room was very uncomfortable and very noise and the carpet was dirty, the hotel itself has a lot of restaurants, and I liked the broad walk for the lake. To get to the beach it was a little further then I thought
