Beach Waterfront Condo is located on Lyon’s Bay, in Nokomis, Florida. This two bedroom unit is located downstairs and is part of a two story Condo. Just a ten minute walk to Nokomis Beach.
Open kitchen fully equipped, Wi-Fi
First bedroom has a King size bed, second bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
Your stay comes with access to kayaks and paddle boards which can be launched from a floating dock. Also available for your use are beach chairs and coolers, and bicycles.
Shared laundry room located on the second floor with separate entrance.

This is truly one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. The house interior/exterior were extremely clean, communication with the host was top notch, location was great and the amenities were phenomenal. Anything you would need for a beach trip was already provided in this home like beach towels, beach equipment, coffee, creamer, snacks, etc. Also, walking distance to Pops, ice cream, and a cute surf shop. The best part of the home was the fishing, paddleboards and kayaks that we were able to do off the back deck. Just overall a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for a great trip!!

Everything was great! The location is beautiful and has easy access to the water for kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding. We enjoyed the bikes as well!
