This home provides many options from a formal Living area with Dining Room to the Open kitchen and Living space that opens to the large lanai with Pool. The kitchen has big Island for casual dining. The Master provides a King sized bed with sliding door to lanai, two walk in closets and a master bath with large walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms nicely situated with Queen beds, 2 miles from Nokomis beach.

My sisters in law and I really enjoyed our two weeks in the house. It was spotless and extremely well equipped. Easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

We had a relaxing time at this spacious, beautiful home. The beds and couch were comfortable to us. We also enjoyed the outdoor furniture. We thought this home was centrally located to the places that we wanted to go to while we were in the Nokomis area. Home owner quickly responded and answered any questions. We won’t be able to go back next year as we thought, but, we do hope to return in the future!

We stayed here during February '24. The house was perfect for us. It was very well appointed, spacious and lovely. It is located in a charming gated neighborhood.
Our children and grandchildren came for a week and very much enjoyed the lanai and pool as well as the proximity to Nokomis beach. All appliances were new and of the highest quality. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

This is a nice home in a gated community. The bathrooms and kitchen are new. The location worked for my wife and I. As it is close to the bike path, downtown Venice and Nokomis Beach.
