About this apartment rental

This apartment located in a luxury building offers a breath-taking view of the bay of La Ciotat and the beach of Capucins. Every sunrise will be a unique spectacle.

You are close to shops, restaurants, the port and 100m from the beach.

The entrance to the shipyard is 18 minutes walk, 8 minutes by car.

The decoration and equipment have been designed to bring you maximum comfort: 2 terraces, dressing room, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fiber, parking, ...



Are included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking space and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



You are 100 m from the Capucins beach and only 10 minutes walk from the port and the old town. It is ideal to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life on foot and stroll from alley to alley. Everything is easily accessible, shops, restaurants, beaches, markets, ...



The luxury building offers great services: building and elevator secured by code, closed box for your vehicle, bike parking and quick access to the beach by the courtyard of the building.

It is ideal for holidays or for a business trip. We recommend this accommodation for up to 4 people.



This apartment located on the3rd floor is crossing and very bright with its South East exposure. The large bay window is the entire width of the living room. It gives access to the main terrace and offers an exceptional sea view. A large electric awning allows shading if necessary. To you the aperitifs and meals to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate.

The living room of a beautiful surface is composed of a living room, a dining area, an open kitchen.



The entrance hall with its independent toilet separates the living part from the sleeping part.

The night part is composed of a shower room of good size with washing machine and dryer.



Both bedrooms give access to the second terrace which is shared. The bedding is quality and recent.

The first bedroom offers two single beds of 90x200 that can be grouped on request. There is also a large dressing room dedicated to this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a motorized double bed of 160 x 200. It is composed of two independent mattresses allowing adjustment for each. A large wardrobe is included in this room.



A baby chair and/or a travel cot can be provided on request.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located by the sea. You will have easy access to the beaches where there are many restaurants and shops.

The old town is about ten minutes walk. Let yourself be carried away quietly along small streets full of charm, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also take advantage of the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Park and Calanque du Mugel, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also take your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...



Transport

You will enjoy all the amenities at proximity. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.

The SNCF train station is 3.7 km away and can be reached directly from the bus station.

This is a very pleasant apartment on the third floor of a moden block with what seem to be mostly permanent residents. Very close to the sea, and a walk away from the restaurants and bars either in the harbour or going the other way. We were very comfortable and had no problems at all. The lift takes you straight down to the car park and everything is well laid out and convenient. Many thanks!
