- Located at the end of a dead end street, quiet, 1 min walk from the city center, 1 minute from the Thalasso, 5 minutes from the beaches, next to the public garden and the gentle lane.
- Composed of 3 independent rooms each giving on garden and terrace: room 1 (bed 140/2 places); bedroom 2 (2 beds 90 / a place); bedroom 3 (1 double bed 140). New bedding in all rooms and baby cot and high chair on request.
- Walk-in shower and separate WC.
- Plenty of storage (cupboards in each bedroom and entrance)
-Large dining room living room with fireplace (possibility of making a fire in winter) and sofa, TNT satellite TV, WIFI internet, DVD player.
- Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, American fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
- Laundry area (washing machine and dryer, iron)
- Floor heating / cooling by heat pump
- Large covered garage (possibility to park two cars)
- Exterior: barbecue, parasol, deck chairs, sunbathing
