Superb one-bedroom apartment located at the foot of Capucins Beach. It is just steps from the seafront shops. The old port is a 10-minute walk away. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking. Linens and towels are available as an option.
The apartment: This very new apartment features a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a large terrace of approximately 18 m² facing the mountain ridges and offering stunning sunset views. The terrace includes a table for al fresco dining and outdoor chairs.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds. The bedroom also has a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
For additional sleeping space, there is a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room.
The spacious bathroom features a recently installed shower, a single vanity unit with storage, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
Parking: You have a private parking space in the basement. A bicycle storage area is also available.
