The Space:
This apartment is spacious and comfortable, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate living, dining and kitchen areas.
Ample areas for the family; hence an extra bed can be provided for an extra $10/night if needed.
I use hotel grade linen for extra comfort during your stay (A guest told me to list this feature as she had a great stay :)
Thirty levels high, you will have the stunning view of Sydney CBD.
Children are welcome to stay, there is a cot and high chair for baby.

Located at the heart of Sydney CBD, every major shopping mall/designer house/restaurants within minutes walk.
Sydney's iconic Harbour Bridge, Opera House are within walking distance or a few stops away via the light rail.

Westfield Shopping Mall (Restaurants and Shopping District) - 2 mins walk
Sydney Opera House / Circular Quay - via the light rail 3 mins walk away
QVB Wilson Parking - 3 mins walk - book online for overnight parking
One street away from luxury designer houses - Cartier, Dior, Hermes, Tiffany & Co etc

- No drugs or illegal substances are allowed in the apartment.
- No prostitution service is allowed in the apartment.
- No parties or events allowed, a $500 to $1000 penalty applies up to the cleaning job and damage to the property.
- No smoking is allowed as it will trigger the fire alarm; a $500 to $1000 penalty applies.
- No pets allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please respect the noise curfew from 10 pm to 7 am by keeping the noise level down
- Please be kind to the environment by turning off the AC when not needed e.g. when you go out.
- Please take extra care of the swipe card and keys. Lost swipe card or keys will incur a replacement fee of $500.
- Do not break fragile items. If you accidentally break it, please notify us in case someone gets hurt
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Except when you are using futon (extra bed), you can move the coffee table aside.
- Do not take any item from the property
- Please do your dishes.
- Garbage chute is on the left-hand side of the lift. If you wish us to deal with the garbage, please leave them in the bin.
- Booking over seven days, you will need to provide access to the apartment once per week to allow the manager to inspect the apartment's condition. This is a compulsory condition.
