Location to transport, restaurants and the size of the apartment.

The Bed …every time you moved it squeaked. I think the host should spend a night on it to understand.

The location was great but not value for money for the venue.

No WiFi. No extra linen for couch which we specified two adults not in a relationship and needed extra linen in the booking comments. They said that is an extra fee, which we agreed to 3 times but it didn't happen. When I asked on that day again I was told too late, no staff on site. Asked 3 days in a row and that morning. Not Happy. They keep sending emails but no number to speak to someone and I had to manage it (as a non guest) because the contact on site said go back to bookings.com. I think once you are on site, the host should manage the customer service. Struggled to find the pool locked away. No clear signage. Was booked by me for family member and provided their details but the links keep coming to me and when guest tried logging in, nothing worked. The access process (no person) was difficult. There was no onsite service. When called stated go to Bookings.com and they were useless.
