    The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and well set up with fabulous views of darling harbour, and an internal exit/cross way to get down to darling harbour as well. Definitely do book your stay with Breakfast, the selection and quality of food is remarkable (coffee from the barista is average, bell desk staff vary - be sure to be direct with them, reception staff are amazing even on very busy days, cleaning staff are overworked so be sure to be patient with them). Make sure to check out the roof top bar, though please to note this hotel does not have a pool, though it’s gym set up is fair. Overall my rating is 3.8 out of 5.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Sydney and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and I truly appreciated that the staff upgraded me to a room on a higher floor with a beautiful view, which made my birthday celebration even more special and memorable. I had such a lovely time here and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency Sydney team for the wonderful hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

    We loved staying here. The location is perfect for runners, with an easy route from Darling Harbour to the Opera House. And if you’re a coffee lover, you’ll have plenty of great cafés within walking distance.

    Hey book a room for a family of 3 but only had 1 king bed when asked what happened they said they will bring a rolla bed after the 3rd time they finally sent up a bed but unfortunately my son didn’t go to bed till that was set up and that was 10:30pm. Also the room we booked was advertised as city views but the only view we had was a metal colorbond roof right infront of our window. Absolutely disgusting service won’t be visiting this hotel again or recommending to any family or friends.
