About this house rental
Our home has been furnished and equipped to provide a comfortable & pleasant vacation for you. This home has 3 upstairs bedrooms. The Master bedroom has private full bath and there is another full bath to be shared with other 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed and includes a walk-in closet. Bedroom 1 has a full double bed and bedroom 2 has a full double bed and a twin bed. All bedding, linens & towels are provide.
The finished basement has a sitting area with large TV and a room with full sized pool table. There is also a twin bed down in the basement- see photos.
The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating. The kitchen is open to the dining room table that seats 8. There is a half bath off the mudroom which includes washer and dryer. Comfortable Living Room and there is also a den/office room with printer and desk for office use.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is located in a nice neighborhood with friendly full-time families as your neighbors. You are minutes away from walking/hiking/mountain bike trails and easy access to paved bike baths leading into downtown Edgartown.
Enjoy the spacious backyard as well as the backyard deck. The deck includes comfortable furniture, a bbq gas grill and a hot tub! There is also an outside shower.
You can also enjoy the wrap-around farmers porch by relaxing in the hammock, rocking in rocking chairs or swinging in the porch swing.

My family absolutely loved this home on Martha's Vineyard. The home was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies and the beds are so comfortable. My kids enjoyed playing pool and then relaxing in the hot tub. I loved the porch swing. This is the perfect place to stay to explore the island. We will be back!

We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend. The home is clean and well-appointed. The wraparound porch is special, and the basement is spacious. Eliza is on top of things. We had no issues, but she still checked in before, during and after. The location was perfect for us since we don’t mind traveling a few minutes to town or the beach and prefer a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to the bike path is great as well. Highly recommend this rental!

A great house and a fabulous hostess! You have to seek in order to find this farmhouse because it is tucked away in a winding wooded area where paths from Dodgers Hole can flood during rains. However, once there, it is a wonderful place to enjoy outdoor and indoor living with friends and family. The owner is the "hostess with the mostess" catering to all your needs. Highly recommended!
