About this house rental
This house is a beautiful newly constructed home with AC, high end finishes, and lovely beach house decor- great for couples, families, and groups. The kitchen is outfitted with Viking appliances, marble and soapstone countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to entertain! Kids will enjoy the fully finished basement (with tv and foosball table) where there is room to play. There are three bedrooms in main house- all three have queen sized beds, and two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. (There are also two twin sized daybeds in the two masters). There is a separate guest quarters (with a kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, living room, and bathroom) with a private entrance and its own washer/dryer- perfect for families traveling with in-laws or nannies. The main house has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths and several living spaces to relax in, including a large deck with a grill. The backyard has an outdoor shower. Minutes to bike path! Conveniently located about a 10 minute drive from downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven/ferry terminal!

House was clean and well suited for our families. The guest quarters was perfect for in-laws. Located in quiet part of town but very accessible to everything.

As soon as we arrived, we were very pleased with the property. It is clean, roomy and well-stocked. Lots of dishes, games, books etc. My 3 adult daughters and their husbands joined us for a family friend's wedding, so we all got ready there. All the bathrooms really came in handy!
There were lots of places to cozy up and cozy blankets too. Also, there's a finished basement with a fooz ball table, sectional sofa for lounging and another tv. The yard was large and private. Great place for families.
Suggestions: Invest in more towels for the bathrooms. Very limited. Also invest in new pillows.

Place was perfect- great location, big bedrooms, clean and awesome yard. Great for our family, grandparents and kids alike. Host was super responsive to an issue w the fridge when we got there and it was quickly resolved. Thank you so much Alex and Corey!
