POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This freshly renovated Luxurious Contemporary combines water views out to Sengekontacket Pond from many rooms including an incredible rooftop deck with spacious living and entertaining areas across four levels. Enjoy the great amenities that the Sengekontacket Association offers, including walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, a member clubhouse with large mahogany deck, and kayak/canoe launch.
The first floor features an airy and bright modern layout with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is wrapped with multiple walls of windows, and features several sitting areas and large screen TV, and beamed ceiling. Several steps lead up to the Dining and Kitchen Areas, which are also framed by a wall of windows and sliding doors that open out to a dining deck. The Chef's Kitchen has breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and quartz counters. There are distant water views throughout.
There are two primary bedrooms. Both located on the second floor. Primary bedroom #1, located in the Tower Wing ,has a King size bed, sitting area with large tv, private office/work space, and deluxe en suite bath with soak tub and walk in shower.
Moving up to the third floor you will discover a large tv room with sleeper sofa, Children's play area, and updated half bath. Sliding doors open out to a small deck area with seating that connects to a steel stairway that lands you on a spectacular roof top deck. There are multiple seating areas, water views and 360 degree views across Sengekontacket from one of the highest points in the area.
Primary bedroom #2, is located in the North Wing ,and offers King size sleeping as well, en suite bath seating area with tv, private deck, and stunning sunrise views over Sengekontacket pond. Heading down to the lower level you will find a third bedroom wth two Double beds and a Bunk room with seating area, large TV and laundry. There is WiFi throughout the home.
In addition to the three elevated decks, there are also two patios and a covered porch for seating and relaxation.
This Luxurious Contemporary is in the desirable Sengekontacket association neighborhood and offers pond access, tennis court, and walking trails throughout the surrounding association grounds. With its central Oak Bluffs location, Farm Neck Golf Course is nearby as is the bike path. Downtown Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are both about a 10 minute drive away.

7 Blueberry Path is a beautiful place! Everything about our stay was perfect. There were 8 of us in total with kids ranging in age from 15 to 26. Everyone had their own space and there was ample space to gather together for meals, games & outdoor enjoyment. The rooftop deck was a real treat! Great location on the island! Everything was about 3 miles away (Vineyard Haven, Edgartown, & downtown Oak Bluffs). Bike paths close by for easy access to everything. This was our first time on Martha’s Vineyard and we will most definitely be back.
