About this house rental
This charming Vineyard home recently completed a large renovation including all new bathrooms, a new, large bunk room and first floor master! It sleeps 12 in a perfect East Chop location! In minutes you can be on the beach or into town! It boasts 6 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating units, three full newly renovated bathrooms, one half bathroom and has a lovely private outdoor shower! The fully renovated kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering around the large custom farmhouse table. Soak up some time with friends and family on the beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for all with a large side yard for kids to play. Views of the sound and harbor. Back patio with seating to eat and relax as well as a propane grill for your use.
There is a spacious, cozy living room and seating area for family gatherings. The first floor has a large master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with king beds, a large bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds that's perfect for kids, one room with two twin beds, and a third floor tower room with a full bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well. There are two renovated full bathrooms upstairs. The front bathroom has a large shower and double sink. The rear bathroom has a large soaking tub, shower and pedestal sink. Television, cable and wifi throughout the house! Full size washer and dryer are in the back utility room. Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

We have been visiting the Vineyard each fall with a group of family and friends for 20+ years. This was our first time staying in the East Chop area and we enjoyed the location. It is a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of the harbor and downtown Oak Bluffs. The house accommodated our group, and with two full sized couches and additional seating in the living room we had a nice gathering spot where everyone could be comfortable. The renovated bathrooms were also a huge plus. The owners were pleasant and accommodating, and have done a good job maintaining the property. Overall a great experience, thank you!

Our grown “kids” and families joined us for a vacation at 19 Plymouth. It is a wonderful home to gather while also providing comfortable private spaces when needed. Location is wonderful proving a very short walk to see the sunrise at the little beach and walking distance to downtown Oak Bluff. We spent MANY hours on the porch reconnecting and we all fit around the kitchen table for dinners! Lost one star because first floor living area has no a/c.

What a stay! The location simply could not be better. You are steps away from the Oak Bluffs harbor. Remarkable! If you're coming with your family, highly recommend this house!

I rented this lovely rambling summer cottage for a multi generation girls weekend and it was perfect. It’s a great location within walking distance of docks, town, beaches, grocery and campground . The porch has a view of ocean and a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. The kitchen was clearly updated with a big table which we enjoyed gathering around for dinner and brunch. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood . The owner was a pleasure to work with too.
