About this house rental
A nod to the classic actors of a bygone era, the Hepburn offers guests a unique blend of modern and vintage decor. The apartment spans three floors behind our family-owned theater. With two full private suites, full kitchen, pub-inspired lounge, and two private balconies this is a stay you are sure to remember!
The space
Once you step foot inside, you will notice the incredible attention to detail the designers have taken from porcelain tiled floor to high relief ceiling. In the kitchen, hammered copper ceiling tiles and hardwood cabinetry make for a cozy breakfast space. Down the hall you will find a prohibition era-styled lounge with bolstered leather couches, wingback chairs, and a hardwood game table. This lounge has been outfitted with original film canisters and film cabinet from the theater owner’s private collection.
Up the stairs to the second and third floor private full suites, you are enclosed by wrought iron railings and a stone wall fit for a castle. Both private suites have full bath and closets, electric fireplaces, and private balconies that overlook the Blue Ridge mountains and north end of Luray.
With such attention given to decor and layout, this rental is not kid-friendly. The Hepburn is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a brewery, and wine shop, our beautiful greenway and is minutes away from Luray Caverns.

We had a great stay at the Hepburn house. Lots of eclectic features and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location in the center of town and it was an easy walk to the coffee shops, restaurants and stores.

This is a really unique apartment with luxurious designs and furniture. Make sure you're comfortable with stairs! The location is perfect for walking to dinner and beautiful walking trails along the water. Highly recommend.

This place is beautiful! So much attention to detail and the theme and feel of the whole place. Location is perfect in the town. Easy to get to a wonderful walking path near the river. Fun coffee shops and gift shops on the Main Street. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Everything was great!
