Welcome to our Luray Family Getaway! This 3-bed, 2-bath retreat offers the perfect central spot for a memorable vacation. With a king bedroom, queen bedroom and charming twin daybed room, it's ideal for families or groups. Located off the Hawksbill Greenway, you'll have easy access to nature and downtown Luray's attractions. Enjoy the second-story patio with stunning views. For larger groups, consider renting our adjacent studio unit too! Book now for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Luray.
We require that the guest who made the reservation has their ID verified with Airbnb before they arrive and is present for the reservation.
We have a $80 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. If our cleaners have to leave and come back, there is an additional $80 fee.
Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities are for you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so with our neighbors in mind.
Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.
Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible.
Please do not connect security cameras to our wifi without informing us first.
Please do not trespass on our neighbor’s property, porches, etc.
Pets:
Our pet fee is charged through the platform at the time of booking when you add pet guests to your reservation. If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out and we can send you an alteration request :)
Please disclose all pet guests, both visiting and overnight.
Please keep your pups on a leash outside.
Please pick up all pet waste.

It was fun being in the center of town! We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Greenway was a pleasant way to wind down the day…with a pleasant walk along the creek. The house is only a few miles from Luray Caverns which we visited one afternoon. It is also a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. The house provided a comfortable spot to spend a relaxing evening after hiking all day! The rooms were clean and welcoming. The host responded quickly to all of our questions in a helpful manner. We look forward to returning to this spot!

Everything was wonderful! The stay was cozy and the location was incredible. The only thing we wish had been included is some curtains on the main floor windows (entrance, dining room) for privacy and security, and a cleaning of the balcony! There were spiders everywhere and we weren’t comfortable staying outside, but it was a very minor inconvenience compared to the rest of the property. Some other bugs around the house as well but to be expected being so near the woods. The stocked kitchen and furnishings were so cute and convenient. Loved it!

Great place for the weekend. Close to everything, the proximity to the Greenway was great and really pretty, clean and plenty of space.

It had everything we needed. The directions were accurate. Perfect spot in town for the caverns. Loved the greenway and walk into town . Very clean.!! Thank you for the timely communication.
