About this house rental
Single-storey villa 123m2 in the middle of the Nîmes Garrigues that can accommodate up to 7 people.
Bedroom 1 (2 people): Bedroom with king-size bed + adjoining dressing room.
Bedroom 2 (2 people): Single trundle bed (second mattress that pulls underneath).
Bedroom 3 (2 people): Double trundle bed (same height)
Small room (1 person): Single bed
Dressing room in all bedrooms (except small bedroom).
A large bathroom and shower with double sinks.
An office space if you need to work.
Kitchen open to the living room with all the necessary crockery and equipment (oven, air fryer, microwave, hob, kettle etc.)
A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Air conditioning for the living room + ceiling fan for the bedrooms.
The rooms have many games for children between 2 and 8 years old.
Exteriors: Swimming pool with Californian beach (Bar tarpaulin). Petanque court. Hut, swing and slide for children.
Gas plancha to make delicious barbecue.
We have a cat, very nice and cuddly, (and used to young children) and would like our kind visitors to be able to take care of him during their stay. He is autonomous, lives outside and in the garage. It will be enough to give him food only in the evening.
The house is less than 6km from the historic center of Nîmes.
A superb golf course 2km away and shops 1km away as well.
The owner being the manager of a playground for children under 10 years old, you will have free access to the park located in Nîmes West (less than 10 minutes from the house).
