About this house rental
5 bedroom house with private water frontage on Stocker Pond. This home has all of the amenities for fun on the water. The large deck overlooks the the pond with stairs down to the water. At night, relax in a chair atop the boathouse and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Private dock for you to launch your watercrafts or jump in and take a swim! 25 minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort for wintertime skiing. Enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out your back door on the pond as well as in the Eastman Community just a 10 minute drive away where they have miles of groomed trails.
Inside the home there are five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a kitchenette on the lower level, a living room on the main level, family room on the lower, and a bonus room with a sofa sleeper couch. Plenty of space for multiple parties to come together and make many memories.

The house was as expected from the photos. It was well supplied and comfortable, even for my 87 year old aunt. It was late February in NH and we had to search for warm blankets for the beds. Once we found them, we were very comfortable.

Wonderful property. The lake is beautiful and the home is clean and well maintained, with a lot of charm. You can tell it has been lovingly cared for over the years.

This property worked great for accomodations while on a golf trip with friends and family. Property had plenty of room and location on the water was perfect for fishing before or after a round of golf.
