Location was perfect, Aircon worked well and consistently. Staff were friendly and happy to help by providing extra towels when requested and water daily.
There was an intense cigarette smell on floor five in front of the room, only smelt on this floor and once inside the room it couldn’t be smelt. A few clean towels had odd odours.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Location was great. Great price for mid-low budgets.
Facilities are old and tired. Air-conditioning is only sufficient.

Limited hotel services. Hot water does not work most of the time. Either too cold or too hot in the shower.
