Little Americas Westend Mall Apartments

J'ai apprécié la politesse et le dynamisme des hôtes, qui répondirent à toutes mes questions rapidement, clairement et efficacement. Ils proposèrent de nombreux services en plus de la location. L'appartement était plutôt bien situé, accessible en transport voire à pied. Il était assez confortable, bien équipé et propre, le tout dans un quartier ma foi assez calme. Le check-in et le check-out se firent assez simplement. Un bon rapport qualité prix !

Malheureusement, j'ai voyagé pendant la canicule, et bien qu'une climatisation était installée dans l'appartement, elle n'était pas pas assez puissante. Elle fonctionnait de manière bizarre et parfois arrêtait de fonctionner toute une journée, ce qui rendait l'appartement excessivement chaud. Aussi, beaucoup de documents étaient demandés par les hôtes, ce qui me parut excessif.

Although I didn't like the owner, to be honest, the facility was good and adequate. It met my expectations and needs. The price/value ratio is balanced. Suitable for short stays.

I didn't like the owner's attitude. I arrived in the city a bit early and was very tired, so I wanted to check in between 2 PM and 3 PM, but the answer I received was "Not Yet". :) Although check-in started at 3 PM, the check-in information didn't arrive until 3:30 PM. I had to sit and wait, exhausted, in a nearby bar. I wasted time and money, and thinking they wouldn't send the information, I started looking for another place. Anyway, while I was looking elsewhere, the information arrived and I was able to check in. Even though I only had a two-day stay, I was immediately asked what time I would be checking out after checking in :) In short, rude and unwelcome behavior.

Polecam serdecznie. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko pieszo do parlamentu, pełno sklepów i restauracji dookoła. Obok kawiarnia z bardzo miłą panią i dobrą kawą. Apartament czysty, w cichej kamienicy. Posiada wszystko, wino na przywitaniu, polecam.

En general mal. Lo único bueno la ubicación.

La dirección no era la que ponía en la pagina de contratación. Se produjo un lío importante a la llegada. El estudio muy pequeño y no era muy confortable. Además los vecinos que eran también alquilados de Booking ruidosos a altas horas de la noche y de madrugada.
