It was good, although management should improve

The apartment is located very close to the city center, walkable distance to the old town, shopping mall and relatively close to the super market (Biedronka). There is plenty of Zabka’s around (convenient stores). House was clean, tidy and cozy.

The staff and the clearance of the terms and conditions plus in order to check in to the apartment you need to go/drive to another location of the city which takes about 15 minutes (due to the road works). The place is getting a deposit which is later to be returned (but there is no clear and visible information about that while you are booking the place), the lady at the counter wasn’t kind and moreover I agreed with the property that I’ll pay for the parking cash and without asking they got money from my card- which is not professional.

Top weekend in prachtig appartement in Gdansk

De locatie was perfect. In 10 minuten sta je in het oude centrum van Gdansk. Verder was het appartement en het hele complex zo goed als nieuw, heel ruim, fijne badkamer en comfortabel.

De bedden waren wat smal. Daar zou wat in geïnvesteerd kunnen worden. Ook de matrassen mogen wat dikker. Je ligt direct op de lattenbodem. Maar ondanks dat toch prima geslapen.

Praktisch für Stadterkundung

Schöne Wohnung mit einfacher Ausstattung. Fußläufig zum Zentrum, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage.

Die Ausstattung war etwas dürftig, aber es ging.

Sehr zufrieden

Die Lage ist gut, sehr Nah am Nationalmuseum und unweit der Bahnhof und damit nur eine Station mit der S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Zum Zentrum geht man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist neu in einem neuen Haus, die die Ausstattung ist ganz richtig ordentlich, aber mehr Töpfe könnten nützlich sein. Man kann aber sehr zufrieden sein. Im gleichen Haus findet man ein Geschäft, wo man alles zum Essen kaufen kann. Das Haus hat eine Tiefgarage und Aufzüge. Das Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel.

Die Betten haben bessere Matratzen verdient, denn sonst sind dies für einige Menschen zu hart. Draußen kann durch die fahrende Autos etwas laut sein, aber sonst hört man gar nichts.

Ich würde das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Ein sehr gemütliches Appartement , 10 min von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet.

Es hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen, doch ich hätte mir Gardinen für die Fenster gewünscht. Für nachts gab es Vorhänge, doch tagsüber konnten die gegenüberliegenden Nachbarn direkt in alle Zimmer schauen.

Ubytování rozhodně doporučuji.

Čistota, prostorné, pohodlné a celkem dobře zařízené + nedaleko obchodu s potravinami. V docházkové vzdálenosti od centra. Komunikace s majitelem.

Až v den příjezdu jsem byla informována o kauci, což mělo být minimálně týden dopředu. Nemám problém s kauci, ale tím, že to bylo oznámeno příliš pozdě, když už jsem nemohla na kartu převést více PLN. Doporučuji další klienty informovat o této skutečnosti dříve, k vzájemné spokojenosti.
