La disponibilité de notre hôte : nous avons rencontré un petit souci (de notre fait) et elle a su nous aider et nous rassurer.
Nous nous sommes emmêlés les pinceaux dans les clés et avons laissé la porte se fermer avec la clé sur la porte. Notre hôte s'est montrée très réactive et a pu faire intervenir un serrurier pour nous aider, et nous rapporter les clés à notre retour le soir. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance qu'elle puisse se rendre aussi dispo et compréhensive. Encore un énorme merci à elle
Le logement est bien situé - 15mn du port - et vous pouvez vous garer facilement dans la rue.
Seul bémol qui ne transparait sur les photos : le logement est plus sombre qu'il n'y parait.
Par ailleurs, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude le matin même en laissant couler pendant 20-30mn (car c'est solaire) - ce qui aurait pu être évité puisqu'après l'avoir signalé au moment du départ pour les prochains occupants, on nous a informé qu'il était possible d'activer l'eau chaude électriquement en se rapprochant de l'hôte.
Enfin, quelques vilaines bestioles et rampants un peu trop invasifs dans les parties communes et dans le jardin. Rien à l'intérieur de l'appartement - qui est très propre - et c'est surement dû à la chaleur la journée mais il est bon de le savoir ...

exceptionally clean while organized and fully equipped with all you can need not only for a few days but maybe for weeks
you can't really park outside even for just a little bit and that can be an issue if you're expecting to stop and leave the stuff in front of the house or if you're expecting to stop on the street to take a baby out of the car.

Easy to access by car. Very charming back yard. The apartment has all the required equipment. Nothing is missing.
We wanted to enjoy the city and also discover the inland areas. Therefore it was an excellent choice.
The host was very helpful.
Difficult to find a parking spot. If you go to city by walking it is very tiring on the way back.
