Alles wunderbar, sehr gute, rasche, hilfreiche, freundliche Kommunikation, Zimmer und Lage wie beschrieben, wir genossen den kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die belebte Gasse, sehr sauber - genau das, was wir im positiven Sinne erwartet haben. Danke, kommen gerne wieder!

Location, nice balcony. Bottle Raki left for us
Stairs difficult for seniors. No ensuit. Unable to make morning coffee, kitchen had isolation switch I was not informed of so nothing electrical worked , dissapointing. Landing area no A/C it was very hot and uncomfortable. Shower room clean but tray leaked and flooded floor.
