This property was outstanding for clean modern meeting your needs , beds were super comfortable even choice of soft or firm pillow .

The furnishings, decor and off street parking were great. Wifi connection was perfect for working from home. Fab to have a dog friendly property with no hidden rules. Really close to the station and is easy access to A127.
The key and main door access were a bit fiddly.

The location was perfect for us because we used to live in Rayleigh and wanted to use it as a base to visit our friends. It is near to the bus and train stations and the High St is about 20 mins away, walking. London is 45 mins to 1 hour away by train ( depending on the train you get ) and Southend a little under 30 mins. It isn’t really in a holiday location.
The property was neutrally decorated and everything looked new. Everything we needed was there and we cooked our own meals so had a good chance to test out what was provided. It was clean and a booklet advised that you could feel free to use any of the products in the house. I feel it was pitched perfectly for its target user and I would definitely use it again.
