What not to like? Everything was organized well. I even forgot something and the staff took pictures to and did send them to me to ask if they should throw them or it was missed by mistake. Also, they were so cooperative in handing the missed items to a friend of mine. I would definitely recommend to stay here

Nothing, everything was good

We only stayed one night as our flight was delayed so needed a place for 1 night. We were able to book and check in immediately even though it was late in the evening. Helpful host and comfortable beds.

Very pleasant, nice view, great kitchen, comfy beds, fit 3 adults and 2 kids easily

Very dirty building (especially the staircases, which is a problem if the elevator breaks down) Mostly Middle Eastern neighbourhood (nice if you're looking for it but not if you've come for a London experience, some cashiers hardly speak English) Wouldn't call the apartment luxury (it would look much better without the shiny silver things everywhere)

The location was right on bus stops and close to the train station but we weren't confident it was an extremely safe neighbourhood. The air conditioning was nice but it was password protected to lower the temperature at night.

I don't think it should have been advertised as 'luxurious'. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, there were no extras to give that luxurious feel like hand towels, soaps. There were no instructions for the coffee machine and minimal kitchen supplies. The jewelled picture frames on the wall were probably meant to make it feel luxurious but there were no pictures or art, just the same stock photos of a wedding portrait. The kitchen table was also meant to look luxurious but because the space was so small you couldn't even pull out the chairs to sit at it. The blinds did nothing to keep the sun out in the morning.
