Great property overall
Not as clean as it could be. Curtain drapes were a bit gross to touch. Curtains were also dirty and require cleaning or replacement.

Spacious property. Had everything we needed. Was a good base for exploring Melbourne and surrounding area.
Hoover didn’t work so couldn’t keep it as clean as we would have liked.

It was spacious and pretty quiet.
There were no heated towel rails, some hooks in the bathroom to hang things up would have helped.

Location was great
The sofa bed - is misleading as it’s more a a single couch pullout
Upstairs bed slats just fall out when you move or turn over - this needs to be fixed
Very limited kitchen utensils
No peeler, no containers, no masher, no jug
