Close to city and other attractions

No reception, as to make sure to meet someone to collect keys was a bit stressful

The size of the apartment was spacious , great view , transport at the front taking us to the tennis was very convenient . Handy IGA downstairs and close to Casino too

The dining chairs were very uncomfortable, the ensuite was dirty near the shower , the balcony door does not close properly and there was an awful wind whistling noise all night

It’s perfect for Winter,Autumn and Spring seasons

Location was great, short walking distance to MCEC which was convenient. There was a parking as well which was helpful. Tony made the keys pick up easy and seamless.

Unfortunately during our stay, the first few nights were unpleasant due to the air-conditioning not working properly to cool the rooms down. The AC didn’t feel like it was working. We contacted Tony in which he brought us 3 standing fans (at 12.30am which was quite inconvenient), which we never experienced before having lived in many serviced apartments/AirBnB in Melbourne. The fans helped however if AC was working properly it would’ve been better. We also found that the ensuite bathroom had no ventilation fan causing the bathroom to fog up and smells tend to linger.
