The breakfast was not in the conditions of the offer, although there were several places around the apartments to get good breakfast. Woolworth at the ground floor had freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, teriyaki chicken rolls, etc., and plenty of their baked items on offer.
The location was next to a construction site, which prevented the cabs and Ubers from moving freely; however, the tram station is about a 7-minute walk, which is great.

I was given the instructions in my email, and I was also able to ring the host and collect the keys from the person he told me to collect them from.
Everything was good with the property. One issue was that the toilet roll holder and the ensuite had come off, but I'm sure they're getting that fixed at some stage. It looks pretty. The property is good
