Excellent stay, very clean, comfortable and great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location close to Business Park Sofia. Safe parking lot just in front. Convenient access to different modes of public transport as well.

The breakfast and bathroom.

The room was quite cold (January). Unfortunately, the central heating/air conditioning was not functioning properly — it was only blowing air like a fan and was unable to warm the room at all. It was really freezing cold (room 106), even if you standing under the A/c. Sleeping conditions were therefore uncomfortable due to the cold. When my son went to the reception to ask for additional blankets (there were none in the room or closets, which was unusual), he was told that no blankets were available and that he would need to wait until 8 a.m., even though that was our check-out morning. (Woman who worked on the reception 13-14Jan night told him this). Breakfast was good. The bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. There is a small parking area in front of the hotel, and if it is full, a garage is also available.

The bed was very comfortable. We're a bit particular about sleeping and the bed was just right. The hotel is close to a metro station but there's no pavement going up the hotel so a bit tricky with a heavy suitcase.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The whole floor was drenched in some sweet detergent smell but it couldn't mask the heavy residue smell of cigarettes. Even though there's fire alarm, I'm not sure it was working given the smell. As non-smokers, it wasn't the most pleasant stay for us.
