Love the location. The rooms fit the needs for our family perfectly.

Location and loved having washer/dryer.

Need new cleaning people. There was still sand and food everywhere like in the living room. Food mainly popcorn was in the couch and under the couch. And sand on all the chairs including dining room chairs. So I swept the whole place the night we arrived. Also the dryer was loud and sounds like it needs to be replaced. But still loved having it so Thank You! The toaster needs replaced due to it burned all the waffles and bread even on 1. Also could not use the jacuzzi tub at all due to the button was gone or pushed in so never got to use it. The gates SUCKED! We could never get in at all the whole time. The workers next door at a food joint said everyone complains about it. It was awful dealing with the gates coming in.

Fantastic view and location. Clean unit with great amenities. Spacious and quiet even with neighbors.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The view! The location was nice for a family as you are right there with all the South Beach activities.

Very dated. Needs painted, looks like mold in shower, rust on some of the appliances, very small TV (bad for March Madness). Really needs updated to justify the price.
