We loved the location. It was clean and well stocked with essentials.
The HOA representative shows up on the very last day as we are checking out to give us grief about parking placards. Could have done without that

Cute property. Right off the beach. Close to the main little strip of shops and downtown. Perfect little place for a spring break fun
When we arrived at the check-in time, it was still a mess. Was hard to reach and get responses to get someone there to clean. Lots of time of hold. Was a bummer first night awaiting and then just being around while it was being cleaned. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience

Lots of room great location
Very clean except for the fridge
Fridge had a bad odor had to put a box of baking soda in it
The dryer took a long time to dry clothes
