Very comfortable. Loved the location.
Parking was difficult with large SUV. Also, elevator was not working on check out day. Thank goodness it was only 3 floors.
I was surprised there was no Keurig coffee maker.

Location was fantastic! Kitchen was good.
Mattresses in non-primary rooms were hard and uncomfortable. Showerheads were clogged and did not spray well. Sink drain in hall bathroom didn’t drain well. Clogged up.

The location was great and I liked that the stay came with reserved parking.
It could have been cleaned better and more thoroughly.

Room not cleaned before arrival time. Didn’t get ready till hour later. Cleaning staff unable to communicate made it challenging and they had a child try to translate. No one let us know elevator broke to 3rd floor. I’m recovering from foot fracture & my sister has asthma which limited our leisure time due to steps vs elevator. Extremely dissatisfied with lack of help or communication. Will never rent from this place again. Multiple things damaged or not working in unit.
