Great location very clean
Air conditioner wasn’t working on check in and elevator didn’t work until day three

The property was close to the beach and nice and roomy considering things. Loved the porch! I also loved having an elevator since the stairs are not great and we would have had to take about 20 trips up those stairs.
The stairs are awful but there is an elevator. Down side it’s the elevator is small so only about 4 people at a time. Also no grill so we could cookout and that would have been nice.

The location was good...just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk areas.
The dryer didn't work and we didn't find out until we had washed 2 loads of clothing. Had to go to a local laundromat to dry them. Water in one bathroom shower would not get hot, only lukewarm. Furniture was not comfortable, including beds. No closet space due to water heaters & HVAC systems taking up space. No lock on deck door. Vanity table in one bedroom had broken legs. Hosts response time was really slow or nonexistent.
