Location is beautiful, Clean place but absolutely no room service, No new towels what you already got, No New Soap, No Shampoo, No Conditioner, No Body cream, Don't provide Wash liquid.
Good to stay for a day or two but if you stay more than two days try to pack all the things you would usually expect to be available at a Hotel/any vocational rental stays.

they have all their ducks in a row and the people with tybee island vacation rentals were very nice and gave me a heads up on early check in if we wanted to

Location was great, for what you pay to rent this place, it should be in great shape. The kitchen sink leaked all over and you could tell it was not the first time. The dryer takes 3 to 4 cycles to dry. Refrigerator door does not always close, stove has a rusty oven (not sure that is healthy), dishwasher is ancient. TV is way too small for living room. All floors were filthy and needed to be mopped. Again, what you pay, this unit needs to be updated. The only positive is the location.
