This ground level cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping loft, 2 baths and an amazing back deck to relax and enjoy the Tybee beach breezes, cocktails and Mermaid Morning Bliss (MMM Bliss!) coffee!
Beach Haven Cottage is on the beach side of Butler Avenue, so you don't even have to cross the main street; just walk a few steps from your cottage and your toes are in the sand!
Beautifully renovated and recently re-decorated by Tybee Joy, this Mermaid Cottage offers everything you could need to enjoy an awesome Tybee beach getaway: A perfect blend of the vintage and the new, it maintains the vintage pine paneling of historic Tybee cottages while also offering updated furnishings and kitchen that will provide guests with a unique beach stay!
Beach Haven Cottage sleeps eight with two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one sleeping loft with 2 twin beds (NOTE: THE TWO TWIN BEDS ARE UPSTAIRS IN A LOFT OVERLOOKING THE LIVING ROOM SO IT'S NOT A PRIVATE BEDROOM SITUATION), 2 full bathrooms, a spacious, kitchen which is fully equipped to prepare beach snacks or a full coastal feast to enjoy in the cozy dining room or enjoy dining al fresco out on the deck! The cottage was wonderful. Location is great! Easy beach access and access to all the great bars and restaurants Tybee has. The host also had great communication during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Beach Haven has the perfect location. The cottage is spacious and nicely decorated. This is my third time at Beach Haven, and it is now my family's favorite place to stay. We have rented from Mermaid Cottages for years. I wouldn't rent from any other. Thank you, Diane and Tammy, for everything!

This was my second stay at this wonderful beach property. It is very clean, very spacious, and the new upgrades have made it even better! I love that is ground level and a very short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It is very well equipped and the beautiful decor makes you feel like you are in a home instead of a rental. Everyone in my party loved the house! Diane Kaufman from Mermaid Cottages went above and beyond to make my 75th Birthday celebration very special! Thank you so much! I look forward to renting this property from Mermaid Cottages again or one of their other properties. They are awesome!
