Spacious Apartments In Mitte- Feel The Citycenter

Had a great time. The guests before left the place in a bad way but this was dealt with greatly by the host

The location and neighborhood are excellent, the apartment is very spacious, bathrooms were very clean and the owner was very kind and let us do early check in and late check out!

Initially the owner was not responsive which worried us a lot as we thought the apartment could’ve been a scam, at the end it’s real so don’t worry! Then, we asked for all sofa beds to be prepared as we were seven but at our arrival we did not have enough beds. The owner then told us where to find the sheets to make the beds but they were dirty with hairs, the pillow case smelled and we had no cover for the duvet. He was very responsive throughout the entire stay and tried to solve the issue by sending the cleaning lady but she ended up bringing the clean sheets to another apartment. On our second night he tried to explain where to get clean sheets in the building but we arrived home too late and my friend ended up sleeping in dirty sheets for the two nights. Overall, with just with a little bit more attention to detail this stay could’ve been a 10.

Very beautiful neighbourhood! Small restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The apartment is renovated and absolutely perfectly clean.

On the pictures in booking you can see windows and garden outside, but actually the apartment located underground. You have “English windows”, but you can’t open it, and if you need a fresh air you should open the door to the street. Also your mobile net is not working, you can use only wi-fi. This things was quite disappointed for us.
