Не все продумано внутри: зеркало есть только в ванной, у нас были проблемы с дверным замком - в конце выяснилось, что из-за того что нам не дали инструкцию как его правильно закрывать

La clim ne rafraîchit pas très bien et quelques équipements en plus seraient bienvenus (lampe de chevet, ustensiles de cuisine…)

the location was good, near to the main road. the rooms were clean. Few items were missing or non-working which the host promptly ensured were provided in time. Other facilities like bathroom, shower, toiletries were excellent.

The temperature control in the upper room was not great, there is no AC for the upper section of the chalet, it was too hot at the time of the visit and overnight stay. the living room did not have a privacy curtains facing the pool area (may be due to the triangular shape of the chalet).

The houses themselves are nice, the location is peaceful, and the view is stunning. At night, the Milky Way above was absolutely breathtaking.

When we arrived, there were no clear instructions for check-in, and no one answered the phone number listed on Booking.com. Since it was already evening, we had to figure things out ourselves. Thankfully, the nearby winery staff kindly helped us, but it took extra time and was quite inconvenient. Plus cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The bed linen in the downstairs bedroom had visible red stains (looked like food from previous guests) and was dusty. Towels also had stains. I’m not overly picky, but this felt unacceptable - replacing stained linen and towels should be a basic standard. In addition, there were no toiletries provided, and the shower gel bottle was completely empty, which made it feel like the room wasn’t properly checked before our arrival.
