The property is well kept and clean. The hosts are responsive and friendly. Great location close to Telavi. The restaurant nearby was good for a family dinner. Amazing view from the room.

Everything was super clean, comfortable, and well organized. Staff were professional and their support was excellent 👍🏻. The location and view were AMAZING!

The houses themselves are nice, the location is peaceful, and the view is stunning. At night, the Milky Way above was absolutely breathtaking.

When we arrived, there were no clear instructions for check-in, and no one answered the phone number listed on Booking.com. Since it was already evening, we had to figure things out ourselves. Thankfully, the nearby winery staff kindly helped us, but it took extra time and was quite inconvenient. Plus cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The bed linen in the downstairs bedroom had visible red stains (looked like food from previous guests) and was dusty. Towels also had stains. I’m not overly picky, but this felt unacceptable - replacing stained linen and towels should be a basic standard. In addition, there were no toiletries provided, and the shower gel bottle was completely empty, which made it feel like the room wasn’t properly checked before our arrival.
