The outdoor area of the accommodation was so wonderful that we even thought about hosting an important family celebration there in the future. Jaba was incredibly friendly and helped us with absolutely everything. Food and drinks were available on-site at reasonable prices. It felt like being in a fairy tale! I would gladly give it a 10/10 if it had not been for the unpleasant situation with the bar staff. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back.

We rented the sauna and were enjoying our time there when some of the bar staff approached us and told us that we were no longer allowed to use it. Since I had already paid for the sauna, I refused to leave. The staff then began giving different explanations and claimed that the amount I had paid only covered one hour of use. This seemed very unlikely given the price we had paid. They said they would contact the manager. When I asked them to do so, they appeared reluctant. Eventually, they entered the sauna and switched off the heating from the electrical control panel. The issue continued in the bar, where the bar staff were unable to clearly explain or justify their actions. In the end, the night receptionist allowed us to continue using the sauna, which made the whole situation even more confusing.

The chalet, the pool, the bar ,food -everything was wonderful. But the main thing is the staff. I'm not sure I met before such level of service. One of us had a stomach problem and the cooked the diet food from our products exactly as requested. Their wine is great.

I think that it would be better not to pay each time for food, but to pay during check out. Also the kitchen may be equipped better. There are no stove and no pots

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. L’endroit est absolument magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour le confort des visiteurs. Chaises longues à volonté.. Le personnel — en particulier les jeunes qui y travaillent — est incroyablement attentionné, bienveillant et toujours souriant. Ils prennent leur rôle à cœur et ça se ressent : ici, on ne fait pas semblant d’accueillir, on le fait avec le cœur. La chambre était sublime, avec une literie ultra confortable et des oreillers comme on en rêve après une longue route. Chaque recoin respire la qualité et la tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner était l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons eus lors de notre voyage : varié, frais, copieux et délicieux. Le tout servi dans un cadre enchanteur. Et que dire de la piscine… chaude, propre, avec un service parfait même en plein après-midi. Un vrai moment de détente dans un cadre idyllique. Bref, un lieu où l’on se sent choyé, apaisé, comme à la maison… en mieux. Une adresse rare qu’on aimerait garder secrète, mais qui mérite largement d’être connue.
