I HAD A STAFF MEMBER HELP ME, I DID FIND THE AGENT BOT WAS QUICK WITH THE PIN AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIGITS WHICH MAGE IT TRICKY.

The wrong keys were left for us at Luxury resorts office. This mix up waisted a night out with friends for dinner, that we have not seen in 10 years. It was very disappointing. We were told to wait downstairs in the cold for the new set of keys to be delivered, and this took a couple of hours to do. Very, very sad, let down service.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with great views of the beach and ocean.

We were trying to work a few hours each day but the Management company's communications on internet availability were pathetic and misleading - Day 1 - internet code didn't work - management company said they'd look into it - probably a local outage. Day 2 - the company said they were trying to contact the owner Day 3 - same old message Day 4 - didn't return calls Day 5- said a technician would be at the apartment at 1 pm to fix the problem - never turned up 2nd technology issue - Black tag to open entry/exit public doors to building only worked on an intermittent basis - other guests were having the same problem.
