No balcony and windows that opened in living area. Food all through the sofa and under cushions. Shower and wash basin rather dirty. could do with a thorough clean not just a wipe down.

The location is great, in the middle of both popular area. short walk to Surfers paradise main area and Broadbeach
That it is advertised as a two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom isn’t really a bedroom with no wardrobe or storage space and no privacy as all it has is a glass sliding door with not even a curtain.( I am pretty sure these apartments were sold as 1 bedroom on the plans. I have stayed at these residences a few times, although through a different letting agent and for the same price you can get a true two bedroom which is much more spacious.
